Does Killer Six Pack Abs work for both sexes?

Yes! Obviously results are going to vary between men and women. Men can expect better defined, muscular abs, that "6 pack" look whilst women's abs tend to be softer. They show less, as women have a naturally higher percentage of body fat. It's very unusual for women to develop "washboard" abdominal muscles.
