There are foods that you can eat in order to lose belly fat quickly. These foods produce a metabolic increase which helps burn the fast quicker than if you were on a normal diet. Try some of these foods if you want to lose the fat quick:

1) Black beans – These are number one for a couple of reasons. First they are high in protein and fiber. Fifteen ounces of cooked black beans provide 25 grams of protein and 25 grams of fiber. 5) Chicken breast – Chicken breast is the second best protein packed food you can eat. One medium chicken breast provide about 20 grams of protein. It should be eaten baked or broiled with no breading. Again, breading provides carbohydrates that you do not need at this point. Chicken breast is relatively cheap and for the protein content, a great food for dieters.
